If you’re interested in nonviolence and culture of peace, if you want to improve your campaigns and share experiences of conflict resolution, the French organization Mouvement pour une Alternative Non-violente and NOVACT give you the opportunity to learn and share with activists and people interested in social change. A nine-day training with people from France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Jordan, Palestine and Tunisia in Lyon, France.
The objectives of this exchange course are:
- Learn the fundamentals of nonviolent culture interpersonal and social level
- Integrating the experiences , knowledge and tools to enhance the efficiency of nonviolent campaigns
- Strengthening capacities for campaigning and conduct violent actions specific to your organization
The costs of accommodation and meals will be financed by the organizers with the support of the Youth in Action program of the European Union. The participants only have to pay 30% of the costs of travel costs.
In addition, this course offers the opportunity to join the international network of nonviolent activists Democracy in Motion, created by young people through the Youth in Action program . This platform aims to support members in their local actions and help coordinate international action to increase their global impact.
