Legal actions to end impunity for human rights violations in the Gaza Strip.
This project will take action for Justice and accountability regarding the human rights in the Occupied Palestinian Territories, on two different levels: national and international.
With this aim of seeking justice and accountability for the human rights violations in the Occupied Palestinian Territories, the project foresees actions of investigation, publication of reports, legal training for lawyers, and preàration and presentation of the cases to the International Court of Justice, to the Commission of Inquiry established by the UN Human Rights Council and to the national courts, asmuch in Israel or in other states.
Setting up this project will be possible by the establishment of networks; a training focused on how to collect, demonstrate and preserve the documentation of each case; and by defining which interviewing techniques would be the best to apply, that is to say, which are the best ways of interviewing witnesses and victims of human rights violations.
