On Friday the 18th, Saturday the 19th and Saturday the 26th of November 2016, NOVACT, together with the Maghrebian Coordination of Human Rights Associations will organize four training courses on the design of social awareness and transformation in Nouakchott (Mauritania), Rabat (Morocco), Bejaia (Algeria) and Tunis (Tunisia). These workshops will help 80 NGO representatives and social movements in the definition and design of awareness campaigns and social transformation on the regional integration of the Maghreb so as to be able to respond optimally to the call for funding of small projects launched by the program KHOTWA. Between 5 and 10 of the campaigns designed during the training will be granted through these call for proposals.
These trainings are organized with the support of the Tunisian League of Human Rights, the Mauritanian Association of Human Rights, the Algerian League for Human Rights Defend and the Moroccan NGO of the CMODH. The KHOTWA: Promoting regional integration in the Maghreb Project aims to promote civil society participation in Mauritania, Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia in the regional integration in the Maghreb (North Africa) by strengthening the NGOs participation in the policy dialogue in order to promote social and human development and democratic transformation in the region.
