This study analyzes the causes and forms of discrimination against women within the bodies of participation and decision-making of women in Morocco. The study was diagnosed gender of the main trade unions, political parties and organizations of the region Rabat-Sale and presents best practices
on the inclusion of women within these areas. The findings of the study indicate that the low participation of women can be explained by: patriarchal mentality and high gender stereotypes in Morocco, the resistance of some men organtizacions, about the lack of legislation, lack of some women experience, the existence of the three day women activists and the low presence of women in such organizations.
