Between 25th and May 26th in Erbil (Iraq) it is being created, with the support of NOVACT, a team of researchers to monitor and analyze the human rights violations committed by PMSCs in the iraqi context.

A report created by The Center for Human Rights and Humanitarian Law, with the collaboration of Control PMSC and NOVACT, that assesses a number of participating States’ efforts to meet their commitments under the ‘Montreux Document’ and provides recommendations to ensure better oversight and accountability for PMSCs.
