Presidential elections were held in Afghanistan. From NOVACT, we highlight the importance of paying attention to the role that Private Military and Security Companies (PMSCs) play in this context.

An analysis based on a case study on the use and activities of PMSCs and focused on how territorial states where these companies operate, as Afghanistan, are responding to the challenge of the regulation and control of these armed groups.
